Our 8-week Oncology Program incorporates a combination of education, cancer-specific Reformer Pilates and an in-depth exercise guide to reach maximal health outcomes. Each week the program aims to progressively increase exercise intensity and build knowledge to support your health journey. Exercise can help you through cancer treatment and recovery by increasing strength and mobility; reducing the severity of treatment symptoms and side effects; improving mood and quality of life; and decreasing the risk of metastasis.

Improve total body strength & mobility

Post cancer treatment exercise is shown to improve whole body strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness and increase stability leading to increased quality of life and reduced risk of co-morbidities.

Decrease the severity of treatment symptoms

Evidence shows that engaging in regular physical activity after cancer treatment can decrease fatigue levels, assist in maintaining bone density and reduce severity of lymphoedema.

Increase mood & quality of life

Exercise after cancer treatment is proven to improve mood, enhance sleep quality, increase confidence, and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
